At Alt Brew Coffee, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products—small-batch, roasted-to-order, and perishable—we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchase.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at enquiries@alt-brew.coffee. We’ll do our best to make it right.
